Our Story
Founded in 2022, Erika Krivenko started MK Monarch to provide a creative advantage to healthcare organizations' challenges. Erika's passion for process improvement was inspired as a consultant for Florida Hospital in Orlando, FL. At Florida Hospital, her team achieved the highest level of recognition for all of the system's Primary Care practices as Patient-Centered Medical Homes by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA). The extensive 2-year undertaking motivated her to be more involved in improving the delivery and affordability of care in the community, specifically for the everyday lives of those providing the care.

Shortly thereafter, The University of Central Florida's College of Medicine division, HealthArch, recruited Erika to join their consulting team committed to helping improve healthcare throughout Central Florida. At HealthArch, Erika gained expertise in information technology, healthcare administration, clinical care, project management, finance, and analytics. After The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approved new legislation for the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA), Quest Diagnostics brought in Erika to develop and lead quality improvement and healthcare compliance initiatives for their Dermatology clients participating in the Medicare Incentive Payment System (MIPS). After several years working with Quest Diagnostics' Executive Leadership, Legal, and Compliance teams, her leadership and guidance fully developed the "Healthcare Performance and Quality Improvement" consulting model for the QuestAdvanced™ Oncology Franchise.
Dedicated to making a greater impact within the healthcare community, she partnered with colleagues who shared her vision to improve healthcare quality and accessibility and started MK Monarch in 2022.
